i havent find a way to unlock bootloaders yet .....but i rooted my att s4 with towelroot and instaled safestrap..... flashed a verizon rom carhd 28 that supports safestrap and the NI1 module... ..... worked very well .....system dialer doesnt work due to verizon romand you cant flash costum...
