I've found that movies play is slow and jerky... do you know why?

I love my devices... I used to play long time researching its virtues, modding it, but also listening and watching it, but most important... have to be cheap, cheap and good. I hate apple products, despite its quality. And I'm a mature guy of 65... still investigating and enjoying my ****.
