    JellyBeans ROM

One thing I noticed when I flashed build 14 (came from build 13, running Saber kernel v17) - the updated v19 saber kernel gave me shorter battery life, as well as slowed down my phone (measured via Antutu and Quadrant Standard). For that reason alone, I re-flashed v13 of Beans ROM. Something...

    Google Apps w/ Beans11 Build

Google Wallet works very well on Beans ROM. I've experienced no issues using it - and I've run it with builds 10 and 11. Google Talk works as well, however, I barely touch the thing. If you've found that Wallet isn't working for you, what is / isn't happening? Were you getting some type of...

Message Blocking on Beans ROM Build 11

Can anyone confirm if message blocking actually works on Beans ROM? I've only been running Beans since Build 10, and even then, I only used the call blocking feature. Just today I tried to use the message blocking features, and each one resulted in a brief hang then forced-close. Is there a...

    Verizon GNote 2 WIFI Direct

Works on Beans ROM. I've used it to transfer files via WiFi direct from my GN2 to my daughter's Nexus 7, to my wife's GS3, and to my Nexus 10.

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

Aye...stayed up till the wee hours just to download and flash this; then had to re-install Google Wallet before my first meeting in the morning. Needed full-on bragging rights with a peer of mine... Couldn't be happier with it - bar none, one of THE best TW-Roms out there right now.

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

Hey, thanks much ejb. I reflashed the rom and it's now there. I've also picked up Kii keyboard, which is a really nice customizable alternative. Now that I've got Google Wallet running on this thing, I don't have want for much else...except maybe build 11 of Beans ROM. ;-)

Seido (Innocell 4500mAh Extended Life Battery) ?

Nope, definitely not the same size as stock - it humps out.

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

One thing I've noticed with Beans ROM v10, relative to adjustments to the Samsung keyboard - the carriage return (located underneath the backspace button) has been replaced with an emoticon button. Anyone know of a way to get the carriage return functionality back?

Awesome, thank you LPT! Everything is finally set up PERFECTLY!

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

Disregard last query; I flashed a corrupt ROM. I tried both the ACE version of CleanROM, in addition to BeansROM. While I think that ACE's speed is better, I did encounter GPS issues and some other small quirky issues going through setup; Beans just seems much more stable. Even though ACE is...

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

All unlocked and Beans'd out. Wondering if I missed doing something; I tried using the TW hover functionality with the TW gallery and email apps - and that doesn't seem to work on Beans. S-Pen functionality pretty much works the same, though. Anyone know if I've done something wrong? Or if...

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

Alright, i guess i'll go with BeansROM v10 or CleanROM VZW-SE v1.5. Will start backing up my data to external SD before I unlock my bootloader. Anyone know off the top of their head if either of these ROMs has the Call Blocking feature working on it? Also curious if it works on the ACE version...

Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

Hey, all - I've been rooted for quite a while, and I'm planning on unlocking my bootloader. ROM-wise, I'm either looking at the most current version of Beans or CleanRom. Of the two, which provides the best support of TW/S-Pen features and functionality? Or another way to ask - TW/S-Pen...

    Screen Recording

Ah, okay, I misunderstood. I thought you had initially referenced a way to do it natively with root. When I saw the Screencast link you provided, I assumed you were passing on details of an alternative method (that didn't require root). My bad!
