In Phoenix I get about 2mb down and ~800kb up on 3G. The Netflix app isn't officially supported for the X2 but I was able to stream a movie over 3G just fine. A little pixelated, but definitely watchable. You'd want to use wifi once the bandwidth caps take effect this summer though.

Husband and I both got X2s yesterday, his had the same Home button problem. A reboot fixed it, for now at least. We'll see if it comes back.
