Kind of a 2 part-er. I have a Galaxy S8, no serious drops or bangs, not scratched, always in a case, etc. Title says it all really, it just doesn't send a notification when I get a text, so I never know I actually got one unless I know to check it, and sometimes it just wont receive texts either.

No, I mean those are all things I've tried to diagnose it. None of them fixed the issue, but it's something with my phone itself, so I have no idea what's causing it. I had to rule out my car though.

My phone, within the past few days, has dumbed down or something, the motion sensor no longer works at all, and the vibration when I get a text or call doesn't work anymore either. Should I reset the phone? I really don't want to, but I will if I have to.

Re: Droid Ultra wont detect a USB connection I dont, I have it selected in Settings > Storage > USB Computer Connection though. When I plug it in nothing pops up. I'm assuming its my phone since my PC is working fine and I know the USB port Im trying works, I've also tried every other USB port.
