I can't seem to find any golf games for Android that have pass and play. Seems like that would be a no-brainer, but all of them seem to be single-player or online only.. Does anyone know of a good pass 'n' play golf game?

Does anyone know when the Nexus 7 will be available at retail stores without having preordered? I just want to go to a store and buy one (not a Sam's Club member). I assumed that this week would have them available in the normal sense. Am I wrong?
