Just an update, found a link via an email to Google Wallet in there it says that its refunded fully, so not sure why the email was only showing ?9.98!!

I recently purchased a Nexus 10 via the Play Store, however I RMA'd it under the 15 day return due to numerous build quality issues - Thought I'd wait for the next version to see if the reports on that are better. Anyway, the advise was that it could take up to 14 days to get a refund, but...
