I was getting same message forever and I knew I disabled and never used hangouts before. I went back into app manager and had disable checked, but not force stop, clicked force stop, never saw message again

Since the update not only is zedge not working. But 90% of the wallpaper apps I try are doing the same thing. Countless uninstalls do not help. So I have been downloading on my iPhone and sending to my s6. Hope there is a fix soon.

After an update like this I usually do a full factory reset and start from scratch. I know it's a pain in the neck , but it usually works out any kinks.

Alarm clock on this phone is useless. I use extreme alarm from play store. But there are many more to choose from in the app store.
