I have an LG V40 with Android 9 on the Sprint network. I noticed that it doesn't automatically switch to the strongest WiFi connection available. To me, it seems an obvious feature for a WiFi-enabled device to have, right? I looked all through the settings and can't see where to set this...

I checked this and did have a few apps allowed to draw over other apps. I set all to "no", restarted the phone, and the problem is still there

I have no dimming apps installed - only screen dimming is done by the built-in power management settings
