    Why my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 suddenly remain at starting display instead of enter to home screen?

    I just bought new battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note 2. After charge it, I ON the device but unfortunately the same problem happen. It still cannot enter to home screen. What should I do now?

    Thanks B. Diddy for your answer. I just register into androidcentral. Regarding to my phone, I'm already do the cache partition but it still cannot enter to home screen. But, due to doesn't have new battery, I didn't try by using a new battery yet.
