I have Ulefone Power 3S and here's a way to fix it: Go to Settings Then go to Background Auto Clean Memory And turn it off. Hope this helps!

This method worked for me to get rid of the 未写入 tee key message. With adb platform tools use this command line : adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.mediatek.factorymode It deleted the factory mode package and stopped displaying the message
