    I asked about it & tried to give it back. I told them I wasn't keeping the phone, they said it was already activated & couldn't be revoked. He even said I could use it to pay the difference in taxes when I get the replacement. Just in case I'll use it after I get the phone.

    They ring it up as a new activation you can return in 14 days. I got a $150 card & the free vr offer.

    My store had them in the store last Friday. I just left the same store & they said they had to remove them from the store since they weren't approved yet.

    My store had them locked up last Friday. If they don't approve the ones already shipped that would be a huge loss for Samsung. I have only heard about the battery issue. They said it was pressure on the plates separating the negative & positive.

    Even worse I think they are still working on an official recall. The note 7 isn't even listed on their site yet. The government getting involved is going to make it worse & more drawn out, thereby allowing more injuries.

    Mine will go back for an iPhone 7 plus if it takes that long. I just switched from the 6 plus, but I did like the note 7 better. They have until the 23rd.

    Government delays are going to add to the problems. I would assume that Samsung had fixed the problem or they wouldn't have spent the money to make replacements to explode again.
