I have T-Mobile and my GS5 does the same thing. I have had it replaced under warranty once, but it still does it. I'm on network calling, wifi and bluetooth turned off and on but it happens daily. I changed out the sim card as well, but still nothing. If you get a fix for your issue, I'd love to...
