Sweet, just got one. Hopefully that fixes my wireless charging issue

Is anyone having issues wireless charging the phone? I set it on my samsung charging stand that works fine with the s7e and the s8+ continuously keeps pausing charging. Tried it with no case as well. Same issue.

Is anyone having issues with wireless charging? I have the one posted above. Fast Charge charger that works with the s7e but it keeps pausing every second. It is not charging the S8+. Tried without my case as well, same issue.

Delivery date is showing now. 4/20. Lets see if that will change to th 19th. I could drive to Louisville to get it faster. Only a 3 hr drive.

Same here but no estimated delivery date.

All my past phones delivered from Sprint never had to be signed for. UPS always just left them on the porch even though a signature was required. My tracking still doesn't show in the UPS system.

Re: Sprint S8+ pre-order discussion. Yep, had one on the Note 7. Loved it. Before then I always had an Otterbox on my phones but it just seemed so bulky on the Note 7. That would have been a waste of $$. Sprint made me pay the $10 shipping charge as well.

Email marci@sprint.com and explain your situation. I did and had a call from the executive escalation team. They called one of the stores I went to yesterday and told them to do my exchange. Heading there after work, we'll see how it goes.

Yea, Their website also says "regardless of where you purchased it" The 2 stores I went to last night told me I have to bring it back to the store I got it from. What if I got the Note 5 states away? Would Sprint make me fly there to return it?
