it's working as intended according to HTC. They wrote in a hyper aggressive memory management system in order for sense to operate more smoothly.

For me the "sweetener" enhancement in the stock player provides a more robust sound in my car than the beats audio enhancement. Also, I prefer the layout of Google play over the stock player but it doesn't provide any sound enhancements which is sad.

Same here. Even though the package was right down the road from my house, it took UPS 12 hours to deliver it. Now they aren't letting me pick it up today either due to the sender restricting the package to deliver to the address only. This is bogus. Now I have to wait until Monday! I'm furious.
