I followed your instructions and used a Fat32 32gb micro sd card and added 15 gb of music with the Zune Playlist Export Tool, then i used your Zune Playlist Converter to make the .m3u files and put them in a folder called playlist. I even sprung the cash and paid for PowerAmp... all my songs...
