    I don't. None of the developer options are checked and the toggle is switched to off.

    Nope. I've searched through the settings and can't figure it out. It always unlocks to the desktop. I'm using Nova Launcher if that helps ... Can't find anything in the Nova settings that pertains to this either.

    When my phone times out and I wake it up, it defaults to the desktop ... Is there a setting to make it return to the last open program?
