I had the same problem with my xperia from T-Mobile. Try going to Settings -> More -> Wifi Calling. Make sure your preference is your cellular connection. And yes my phone had the exact same issue. If your phone was set at wifi only then that's the problem. If this doesn't fix the problem I...

My volume on the earpiece is relatively low as well. I think this is just because waterproofing the speaker required lowering the output of it. I'd stick with the Bluetooth. Pros and cons 😔 Posted via the Android Central App
