Thanks for letting me know! Must be a bug on my phone, because if I turn on priority or alarms same effect, no sound when the alarm goes off. Maybe it's time for a reset.

Do your alarms work with DND on OP? I stopped using it because my alarms don't actually sound when DND is turned on. The notifications come, and the phone makes noise if I click the notification, but that's useless obviously when I am asleep. I'd like to sue the feature if I could.

Then you are on a different update schedule. But worry not, non-US phones typically get updates first, actually. I was on 360 long after other models had gotten newer versions. Our numbers won't match up, I suspect--your next update may be 389.

Apologies, this was directed to garethrdwilliams, who said he got 380 but not 385. I went from 360 to 385, so I was wondering which phone model he had. As I understand it 360->385 was the upgrade path for US models.

I never got 380, went from 360 to 385. Are you using a US model phone?

B385 rollout is happening right now, albeit verrrrryyyyyy slowly. I know people with the US model who have gotten the update OTA.

I would certainly try a hard reset, though I though you said you've already done one? And some people at XDA said it didn't solve the problem. Definitely worth a shot though.

I'm on Cricket too. Your best bet is to go to a Best Buy with a Samsung Experience Center in it. You can find their locations online. They'll update the phone for you for free--this includes small updates for security patches, by the way. I used the service to upgrade from 5 to 6, and will go...

It's available for the AT&T S6. Are you on the AT&T network? If not, it won't update OTA.
