Same issue here, but on the Galaxy S7. Help!!

Hi, Just got the Samsung Galaxy S7 yesterday (Canada version) and I see the mobile data quick setting to toggle data on/off is not available. I checked the quick settings, the edit quick settings mode & checked the data usage page. Nothing for the icon. And I also factory reset several times...
