GS3 can you use the USB to wire the phone to the computer and use it's access or move file's or ?? Not wifi?

Just got my GS3 and was at a event and took 20 or so photo's. I would like to upload them to my flickr site and up to facebook so others in the photo's can tag them selfs. It appears to be I'm only able to select one photo to upload and then start at the beginning and do that all the way...
