I DID TOO number was "+36" AND DELETING IT FIXED THE ISSUE!!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!!

I have gone around and around on this. My symptom was that I couldn't use dialer as it would complain that COntacts had stopped and exit immediately. I did everything including cache clearing, Google+ deletion, etc, and eventually full up manufacturers reset. Interestingly enough, after the...
