Why? Really Why? Why do I have to jump through 700 stupid hoops? I'm not going to add a relevant or constructive comment. I'm just going to add something to get the free entry.

I ordered within 20 minutes of ordering opening, and mine is still in the being built status. 32GB White/Silver/Lime green. Nothing from Fedex yet either. This sucks.

I have no idea of what the actual number is. After I signed up it was automatically on my account and I just select it from the drop down.

I go naked. I have insurance in case I drop it. Even with a case there's no way to guarantee it won't break. You just have to do you best and be prepared.

Re: are folks happy with their ebony backs I ended up not a fan of the blue accents as well. Had to swap my phone because of the peeling back issue. New one is ebony and silver accents.

Re: Moto X Orders delayed? I ordered the 26th. Originally it was a healed for delivery on the 13th, but I got it on the 7th. Verizon, 32gb, white front, walnut back.

Re: anyone going naked? I'm going naked. I bought the Moto insurance just so I don't have to worry about the phone so much. I might end up rocking a bumper, but I paid extra to have a sexy wood back. Covering the phone with a case would be sad.

I really want to love this phone, but the battery is horrible. I am averaging about 13 hours on battery with a couple of hours screen time. It seems like the phone never really sleeps. I just don't know if I can keep if with the need to charge it twice a day.

Re: High usage from cell standby even with coverage I had spotify running for about an hour. I was on WiFi 80 % of the day.

I am getting a lot of battery usage by cell standby. I'm not in a bad service area. The page actually says 0% usage without service. Anybody else having similar issues?

Re: Moto X Orders delayed? 32GB White front, Walnut back Verzion version. Ordered on 9/26 and had delivery date of 10/13. Just saw in fedex that a shipment was initiated with an estimated delivery date of 10/7. We will see if I actually get it then.

My x isn't schedules for delivery till the 13th, but I got the building email yesterday. For those that have received your X, how long after the build email before your phone shipped?

This is the trade up through Motorola. Verizon is just fulfilling for Motorola. If you had att you would mail the handset to another fulfillment company. Sent from my Droid MAXX

If the notification led is a big deal for you. Gravitybox lets you flash the hardware buttton lights when you get a notification. I was a little bummed when the g2 came. Looking at it now, the maxx is pretty much the exact phone I wanted. Root and gravity box pretty much gave me every feature...
