I updated my nexus 5 yesterday and I tried opening my gallery app today, but it doesn't work, saying "App is not installed." How do I get this to work? Help!!!

I currently have a problem with my Nexus 5 device. It charges when it's connected to my computer (windows 8), but it's not recognized anymore. Since my computer recognizes other devices and my Nexus is recognized on another computer, I'm assuming it's a driver problem. I was going to update...
