    PC not detecting the phone

    i basically have 3 issues, 1. Phone doesnt connect to xp OS ( major issue) 2. face unlock doesnt start, it shows " Unfortunately face unlock has stopped" 3. The soft keys sometimes hang up, i mean they dont respond to touch. pls guyss helpp..
