I usually switch out once a year.. But only when I find a new phone at a great deal..

Still Stumped at why only somethings work.. But the issue was the USB port.. replaced for $10, very easy and now working.. Hope this helps someone else..

Samsung Galaxy Note 1 i717 Car charger not working. I have an AT&T S3 and Note 1 i717. And both charge fine with my AC adapters and when connected to the computer via the USB cable. But my Note 1 i717 will NOT charge using a DC car charger. I have bought quite a few generic cigarette light...
