I looked a little more into my videos after posting my response and realized I now haveto click on the 3 dots at the bottom of my video>Click "Open in Video Player" and from THERE, I can FF or RW. Still an annoying step to have to take BUT at least I know now it CAN be done! Thanks!

I tried this but all it does is scan through the OTHER videos/photos on my phone(now showing as thumbnails while viewing my video) I have the S10. Did the update and voila! Normal features we once had of ANY videos have just disappeared. Way to go Samsung! Can't wait for your next "GREAT" idea...
