I don't hear static, but I hear this little ticking sound. reminds me of an electric sounding tick tick tick tick tick. Maybe it is the sensor when phone is up to your face?

bought a hard case from Verizon with the phone, and it fit the phone fine, but made it hard to slide open and pushed up on the screen so I returned it. Bought a body glove case and it works great. solid feel.

I think this might be normal. Mine only goes to landscape mode when I slide keyboard out. It rotates fine for all other tasks.

wow that sucks. Guess I need to buy a micro-usb Motorola charger - that isn't 2ft long

Wasn't too thrilled with the 2-3ft charger that came in the box, but the Bluetooth headset I bought has a longer 6ft charger - great! well, I plug in the longer charger, and the phone doesnt recognize it. It only charges off the charger it came with. Anyone else notice this as well? fixes?
