Ok so I was trying to free up some memory using root browser and i accidentally deleted the folder /app in /data. Now i keep getting error messages and none of my apps will open... What do I do!?!?!?

Hey so my phone keeps telling me i have low storage, so i go to my storage settings to see what is up, and the miscellaneous files is taking up 8GB!!! And when i go to delete the files, theres basically nothing in the folder. Can someone please help me. My phone is also rooted by the way.
