Only used what original cables came in box, no root no nothing. The cable it's self is different to standard connections for other models and battery has been tested and fine. Put another battery in and still locks at logo screen and goes no further.

Bought a V20 new out of the box last week and within 48hrs reading on internet restarted and stuck on logo screen. Plug charger in with power off battery logo stays on even after you take charger out, also won't switch on with charger inserted. Goes into factory reset mode but freezes on last...

V20 boot loop in less than 48hrs out of box.
