someone at straight talk fat-fingered the settings on the instruction page.... THE CORRECT MMS PROXY FOR SENDING MMS IS 66.209.11.32 (not 66.209.11.33) if you ping the mms2.tracfone.com, it resolves to 66.209.11.32 apn type = default,supl,mms but im pretty sure if u just enter in apn type...
