WoW! i thought I was in the minority here. Im dumping my Note 3 on my wife and picking up a G2. Development scene is really jumping too, im talking Galaxy Nexus levels of development while the Note 3 dev scene is DOA. Ha Ha

Im Giving My Note 3 to my wife and getting the G2 As soon as Verizon finally releases the white version. Note 3 VZW development is DOA - Xda has 2 lousy threads, no way to flash kernels. 4.4 aosp and hybrids will be out soon too. the G2 development scene is HOT!

I have owned 2 droid x since launch day his and hers. Let me tell you this. Anyone comparing the dx to the nexus is either high or insane. Its just crazy talk. The camera on the dx is terrible. And no rom. Or amount of hacking will help it.

I use Golla they are a canvas type material, but are great. I keep all my cards in the pocket, etc so i dont have to carry a second wallet around.

Re: low signal strength? I live up in NE PA in the mountains and work in NJ. I'm in "extended network" most of the time around my home. (its Cellular one, a local carrier) Coming from a launch day Droid x and comparing the 2 while driving and streaming the XM satelite radio app the Nexus...

Mine is working excellent here paired to a dual brand headunit. Coming from a Droid x where I had to CONSTANTLY turn bluetooth on and off for it to connect the Nexus is seemless. Now, to find a "good" car dock...

You get what you pay for, T-mobile service is horrible.

Its really hard to get the phone in and out of the dock right?

Re: Extended battery so thin, standard hard case fits w/o problem I dont understand why everyone is so set on using the stock cover with the extended battery, the door that comes with the extended battery is barley noticeable and fits CORRECTLY.

The Verizon Car dock SUCKS. I went to a corp store today and tested it out, funny thing was that somone already returned the one i was looking at. #1. No 3 pin charging, - This is one of the big features of the device and absolutely ed that this is not being utilized on a car dock of all...
