    The reception is very poor. When at home never above 2 bars when husband is full bars. When I check the signal strength it says 'very strong'. Even at work it keeps cutting out and I have to keep signing in again for wifi.

    My husband has an Iphone, I switched to Samsung Galaxy S4. We are sitting beside each other in the same room. I have one tiny bar and he has full bars. ??? Is there a setting or something else wrong?
