Just as an fyi- the spectrum is a snapdragon processor thats pre clocked at 1.5. That SoC is used alot bc it seems to work really well with lots of radios (especially with vzw). The OMAP in the Nexus is factory set at 1.5 rather then oc'd up to it and they clocked it down most likely bc ICS is...
