tried a different charger and cable, same thing happens. if it was either of those why would it pop up saying charging then go back off I could plug the charger 100 times and each time the same thing would happen, so could that rule out the charger port?

I have a galaxy S6, it was working perfectly fine up until 2 days. The battery ran out and when I put the charger in it comes up with the battery icon with the lightning bolt in it then it just cuts out and doesn't charge. If I unplug the charger then plug it back in the same thing happens
