ill never pre order from best buy again. it was a nightmare when it came to the note 10.

i ended up canceling my order i dont care about the 150 promotion im not sitting next to the phone for 4 hrs again.. i got disconnected with them after waiting 4 hrs. never again!

now my status says this "We're sorry, we're working on it. If we can't get it to the store by Sun, September 22, we'll let you know and cancel the order." im still on hold waiting for someone.. its been 3hrs and 55 mins

i got a message about it yesterday and an email as well just didnt want to wait on hold for 4 hours yesterday.. but im on 3 hour hold right now

i dont even know if they have my phone bcuz they wont even pickup there phone at the store so i can talk to someone

i havent gone to the store yet bcuz i dont want to waste my time.. i might just end up going there and see
