The sphere viewer wasn't working for me until i went ahead and flashed the zip someone posted a few pages ago. This is very cool, but the final image doesn't stitch together very well when I do an entire room. I'm even sitting in a computer chair and slowly rotating to every point. Hope nobody...

Wow, good ideas with the card readers and usb sticks. I was already regretting not getting the 16GB version but this seems like a good option. I love my nexus 7. I've been holding out on a tablet for years and finally pulled the trigger on this one and I am extremely pleased so far!

what did you see in better battery stats? I downloaded the app just a few days ago to try and figure out why my battery life stinks and didn't really notice gtalk. I noticed partial wakelocks from an "audioinput_1" or something that is supposedly linked to touch and lock sounds so i killed those

I had to reinstall the adb driver manually after I was in "Charge only" mode. I tried rooting while under "windows media sync" mode and got the dollar sign the first time

Thanks for the instructions. Worked for me with minimal trouble (just had to manually install the adb drivers on my windows 7 laptop).
