Hi Plug the charger in and wait ten minutes Then Hold the start Button and the volume down button until it reboots. If not try start button and volume up button. If no luck try start volume and home key all together, hold them until it reboots

Hi I had the same problem where I couldn't change my lock screen to none as it was faded out with a message about administration. Go into Security. Then scroll or search for Credential storage. Then click on Clear credentials. Bingo Defraybo
