I do think awareness is getting better! Normally, I have either cashiers who are indifferent or negative to me using Samsung Pay. So, my usual check out line (as opposed to pick-up line..hah) meeting a new cashier is say aloud to myself: "let me see if this works" as I go to place my phone...

Yep, I'm another person that uses Beep 'N Go + Samsung Pay at my local supermarket. I prefer using the self checkout lanes we have at Stop & Shop. The Beep & Go barcode transmission is quite strong too.. it usually recognizes it even from a foot away.

What bank are you using? I had a similar situation with my card recently. Chase in my case.

Which cards do you use? Is this like that for all your cards? Weird. Cuz you posted about a lot of successes in this forum. Have you tried calling Samsung support center?

I use chip-and-dip cards on my Samsung Pay and never had a problem.. Tokenization FTW. (I think that's why anyways. Lol)

I confess that there has been at least one day in recent memory where the only thing that went smoothly for me that day... was that my Samsung Pay transaction went smoothly to much adulation by an unsuspecting cashier.

I tried it at Panera literally just now and waiting for the food. No errors for me. Just a normal working transaction on the first try. Where was your Panera?

Just to make sure I understand.. even if it errors out if you hold it there for awhile the transaction might still go through? Strange but good to keep in mind. :)
