I just received my brand new Samsung Watch (42mm). The handwriting feature is the easiest way for me to text, however, after every 1-2 hours it turns off by itself. I have to go back into my Settings to turn Handwriting back on. I've tried updating software, resetting the keyboard, hard...

I've been having the same issue too (received my samsung watch May 15, 2019). The only work around I have is to keep the "Settings" application open the entire time... I can't find another solution.
