    Odd "screen overlay" pop up shows up often with some apps, what is it and how to properly select it?

    Go to Settings, applications, application manager, more (on the right corner), apps that can appear on top, disable all ! Then go to application manager and select application (like Facebook), click on it and select Permission. You can now enable what ever you want.
