I'm coming from the LG G3 which I loved and I can tell it will be the same with the G5. The new camera features and battery setup makes it a done deal for me. My battery use looks to be very good and mine has no build issues. (I'm on Verizon)

I've done all that and did a reset,it still comes back and starts draining again. I think I'm just going to root and go back to stock firmware. That one update ruined this phone ...

Lg G3 Media and Mediaserver Battery Draining Ever since I installed the 5.1 update ,media and mediaserver are draining my battery at a ridiculous rate ! They get up to 70% battery drain ,i've done the reset and removed and formatted thesd card only to have them return and start again. Any ideas...

Mine crashed today while I was lost grrr. Just removed the update and its working fine again.

I did as well and flashed ICS yesterday, there was no way I was going to wait till August! Thanks to everyone who posted instructions and tips, it is greatly appreciated.
