There are times that unless I am in a wifi spot, I cannot get internet but MORE IMPORTANTLY is that I cannot get MMS to work and such shame as this phone has 13 MP that will not allow me to send thru text but can do so thru fb messenger which is completely inconvenient! PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE...

I have galaxy 4 and followed your steps but 1 question .... after making apn settings and saving them do i then default it to the new apn or wait til after rebooting OR does it even matter? ....... NEVERMIND as your instructions will not work for me!!!
