Create this folder com.google.android.music and put in on your SD card just inside the main "data" folder. Put your music files inside com.google.android.music and not inside another folder. Should work like a charm. note 3.

I tried everything listed above and more. Only fix that I found was opening my camera and taking a couple pictures. Then move all your old pictures into the newly created folder on your SD card. You should get a notification about the SD when you do snap a picture. Easier than I thought too...
