Everyone! I figured It out! Go to messenger, and you can click show as bubble When it does that, it'll pop in your notifications center. Then there will be a square with an arrow going threw it. Do that, and it'll become a bubble!!

Hey all, I am now having this issue too. It started after the android update. I still get the text app pop up, but not messengers. When going to messenger and selecting pop out bubble, it instead puts it in my notification center and not an actual bubble. Other than that, I haven't...
