Hey guys. Sorry for late. I had the same problem 6 months ago. My phone was super slow and then, after a factory reset, started freezing even half of hour. The nand was affected by sudden death, even if the phone didn't died. Samsung changed the nand and the motherboard.

I don't need the 32gb from a career, in fact I want it unlocked from Amazon. Is Amazon a bad retailer? No, I talked with them and Samsung have no 32gb version to order. Last year they had the 32gb version. If there are no retailers to order the 32gb, why Samsung don't open an online store...
