That was before(ics), now that im on official jellybean it is no longer accessible in notification bar, though you can still access it in settings menu.. Settings.. language and keyboard.. text to speech. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Android Central Forums

Got my my jb upgrade on open line unit.

Ive observed that driving mode is not working properly, it still says whose calling but it no longer says who has sent you a message. Driving mode also was removed in notication bar. Sent from philippines
