I have been using that app for years. I never had a problem until I bought this new phone. I went from a Galaxy S6 to the S9+. I reset everything I could think of and then came here to troubleshoot. I uninstalled it and now my sound is working fine. I'm glad I found this comment, thanks!!!!

I didn't think it did, either. I saw it as the backup address during the process. I was surprised but I thought it wouldn't be backing up if it didn't exist somewhere.

I recently had to factory reset my Samsung Galaxy S6. When I was backing it up, it was saving to AOL Cloud. I didn't think it was a big deal that I never bothered to change the old email address. Now I can't figure out where to find it. Please help!
