i cant update my evo to Gbread, keeps telling me the file is corrupt each time.. any suggestions?

i have an evo, i am in pittsburgh, and unless you are in the little 2 mile radius, there is no 4g here either. only 3g and it is scattered.

ok, i completed the rooting last night, and my phone is sucking battery juice like there is no tomorrow. what did i do wrong. when i look at what is using the battery, it says android system 100 percent usage. unplugged for an hour and i am down 25 percent, and i have an extended battery.

woo hoo. got it figured out, i am up and running. so how do i manage what uses the battery and all that good stuff? what is the usual battery life in root?

well i guess my evo is toast, it will not turn on at all..

ok, started the process, starting pasting lines to the command prompt, it says device not found. any clues

that is what i did, but the command prompt wont find it. it says this is not recognized as an internal or external command, or operable program

i can get as far as the command prompt part, cannot locate the downloaded files with the command prompt

this is not working for me
