    Oh forgot to mention I too was on chat with Samsung they said it works! I dont think so! I could not get anyone at Verizon to make it work

    Hello and thanks for posting! I have tried all the settings for the Galaxy S5 for using the S-Voice, "Hi Galaxy" cannot get it to work Ok Google works fine. I even tried starting S voice and hitting the home key still cannot get it to wake up!?? Dennis
